There is a very large number of press submissions and we cannot typically respond to each submission or inquiry follow-up. Deadlines for submission is the 5th of the month preceeding publication.
Calendar submissions should be made to calendar@conntact.com. You may post your event for free on www.ctcalendar.com. Not all www.ctcalendar.com events are published in New Haven magazine or Business New Haven. Deadine for calendar is the 5th of the month prior to publication.
Materials sent for submission will not be returned unless agreed to in advance.
Email submissions are preferable to hard-copy or fax.
PHOTOS
Photographs that are sent digitally must be suitable for publication. Resoultion must not be less than 260 dpi, at an appropriate size. Do not send large digital photo files until you know we require them. When sending a photograph please indicate if you have a high resolution or original available.
Acceptable formats for photo are jpeg, pdf and photoshop files. Minimum resolution is 260 dpi per inch.
