In addition to paid subscribers, there will be targeted direct mail that will vary depending on the city or town. In New Haven it will reach approximately 4,000 downtown apartment and condo residents as well as approximately 2,000 high-income residents (above 100,000 in family income, or home value above 350,000).
The direct mail audience is tailored to each town. We use demographics, buying habits, and some psychographic information to determine the prime targets for each town. Generally homeowners will have incomes in excess of $100,000 and home values in excess of $300,000. Selected apartment complexes are also targeted and those incomes are $60,000 and up. |
